I've been teaching breathwork for fifteen years, and yet with everything happening in the world, the constant demands of parenting, and the endless list of things to tend to, I’ve been finding myself resistant to my own practice. The excuses have piled up: I'm too tired, too busy, too overwhelmed to sit for a few minutes.
If I’m honest, there have been a whole pile of feelings I’ve been avoiding these last few weeks. Anger. Grief. Overloaded. Fear.
But here's what continues to bring me back: the days when I give myself just 5 minutes to tend to my breath, so much shifts.
