Allowing myself to grow in my work life has been a process. Setting aside the idea that I must keep going with an aspect of my work just because it is what I have been most known for is one of my growing edges.
I have loved teaching breathwork for the last decade and really enjoyed our monthly Regenerative Breathwork sessions here on Substack. What I am coming to terms with is that I want to devote my time to writing and pull back on teaching Regenerative Breathwork.
In my heart of hearts, I am a creative first, before any other career title. Giving myself permission to change, to evolve, to fully claim myself as a writer, as confronting as it feels, is a healing for my lineage and for my younger self.
