Permission to pause
Hello dear community,
Today, given all that has transpired in the world over the past week I am at home with my loved ones holding them all close.
Rather than sending out my usual letter I wanted to send out something that we all desperately need.
A simple note giving each of us permission to pause.
Take a social media break.
Give yourself a news break.
Tend to your body with gentleness.
Put your hands in the soil.
Make space for your grief.
Surround yourself with people you love.
If we have been reminded of anything from this weeks horrific tragedies it is the preciousness of this one, wild, and magical life.
Fill up your cup today.
Tomorrow you are needed.
