Hello, and welcome to Season Two of The Deeper Call podcast. After taking a much needed break, I am excited to be sharing the podcast again and am looking forward to the incredible guests we have lined up this season. In case you missed the recap of Season One, you can tune in here.

In this new episode I’m inviting you into my vulnerable, heartfelt conversation with licensed Family and Marriage Therapist, Dr. Sahar Martinez. Together we share many tender, emotional moments as we explore how Internal Family Systems work can heal ourselves and our families. 

Throughout the conversation we explore grief, love, parts work integration, and generational healing. Being in the presence of Sahar was such a healing experience. She truly lives this work. Her grounded, present attunement opened us up to such a vulnerable conversation, one that is continuing to shape my life.
